At War Cry, every product is made with attention to quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or size.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or washed products.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products (subject to stock availability).
